Take a look at some of our proudest moments of the past year!
After spending much of our time at a coworking space with a shared environment, our team finally grew large enough where we knew the next big was our very first office we could call our own. We felt it was time to be able to extend our brainstorming sessions and team collaboration in a full time concrete space that is available to them.
Michelle, VP, began beta testing our custom CRM system, the Marketing Maximizer. The software was personalized from the ground up to handle the precise needs of our clients and is not a cookie cutter “sales funnel” platform. We realized the frustrations and inefficiencies with the staff at all of the practices having to deal with repetitive, manual texts and emails sent out to prospective patients. We realized that even converting one more patient a year with this system makes it a zero cost tool.
For the first year were able to take our entire Marketing team to the Digital Marketer Traffic & Conversion Conference in San Diego, California. Our team spent several days in breakout sessions learning about the latest developments in everything digital marketing. From networking with other industry professionals to expanding our knowledge base on new methods of providing value to our clients, our time spent in sunny California was a fantastic investment. We are excited to be repeating with even more team members in attendance this week and continuing to innovate our marketing system.
We launched our SEO program, the Market Dominator. Starting with a single client, we’ve since expanded into double digits and have hired an in-house SEO Manager. We are ecstatic about the department’s growth so far and we can’t wait to see how it keeps performing in the future. Back in the day, iVelocity started as an SEO agency but as we saw more and more value in leveraging Facebook for our clients’ needs, SEO fell by the wayside until we decided to re-integrate search optimization into our agency. It really feels like we’ve come full circle!
iVelocity launched our internal Call Center team to help clients address scheduling, patient outreach, and follow-up concerns. The Call Center has been a major success and has helped our clients in times of staff turnover or just not having enough time to reach many more patients than they would’ve been able to.
We hit a huge milestone in June, as we nearly doubled the size of our original team’s numbers, which was an exciting event for our organization’s growth. The new faces brought in fresh ideas, innovative tactics, and dynamic personalities. We continue to acknowledge how important our team synergy is key to our success and without our constant collaboration, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
Our CEO, James, was invited to present at the Dentsply Sirona Conference. James’ excitement for sharing his knowledge is infectious and is one of the driving forces behind our team’s dedication to continued learning.
We released our first video of our agency and our creative process. Shot over a frenzied fun-filled day, our goal was to give our clients a peek at what our day-to-day process looks like. Take a look at some behind the scenes shots and footage as well as the final result.
We were beyond thrilled when it was announced that we had been recognized as the only Denver-based marketing agency to make it into the Inc. 500! Michelle and Shannon, from our Marketing Manager Team, attended the Content & Commerce Conference. As always we were excited to bring back the knowledge to the rest of the team to implement.
We celebrated our Inc. 500 recognition as James and Michelle traveled to the honorary conference. As the 436th fastest growing company in the United States, it was an honor to attend the Inc 500 Conference and Gala to hear from the brightest minds across business leadership like, Alan Mulally to Brene Brown. It was a wonderful time for our CEO and VP to take time to learn, celebrate, and reflect on the journey iVelocity has already taken.
iVelocity saw several new releases throughout November including our ROI Tracking Sheet which helps us guarantee that each of our clients is seeing success and is able to say that iVelocity’s services are money well spent. With the growth of our team, we also needed to craft new systems so each member of iVelocity helped develop SOPs (standard operating procedures) for their roles as well as the company as a whole.
After hundreds of hours of hard work, testing, trial and error, and innovation, we began to roll out our proprietary Marketing Maximizer CRM system to our clients. We also launched our Implant Care Coordinator Training Program.
It’s only fitting that 2017 should end similarly to how it began: though our first office was a big step for iVelocity, we’ve outgrown it and are looking for a new space to call home.
