DR. JAMES ROMAN
Founder & President
For over 8 years, James has been involved in online marketing for healthcare professionals. Since 2007, he’s used online marketing to promote his and other’s health care businesses. After 11 years in private practice, he sold his highly success private practice in Atlanta to move out west to Denver, CO and start iVelocity Marketing. In addition to online marketing, he provides personal business consulting and coaching to several healthcare facilities and small businesses.
Michelle is an integral member of iVelocity’s management team, our on boarding specialist, and is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and Set Up teams. She works with several other team members to enhance client strategies and orchestrates the initial set up process to get you and your staff ready to successfully launch.
Michelle brings over 7 years of experience in the areas of brand management, advertising, social media marketing, web design and SEO development. She has a B.S. in Advertising with a Creative Focus and a Minor in Art. She also recently completed her M.B.A. with an International Business Concentration. She volunteers her time with non-profits, helping them with their branding and marketing needs. An East Coast transplant, she enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
Senior Marketing Manager
While studying English and Communications at the University of New Hampshire, Carly began her career as a Content Manager for a career advice blog, building the brand and social strategy from the ground up. After falling in love with start-up culture, Carly moved to Boston and continued to work for various start-ups, helping build content and a reputable social media following to help aid in the success of angel investors. After gaining agency experience building social strategies and increasing web traffic for industries in healthcare, government and e-commerce as well as achieving her Google Analytics certification, Carly moved on to the advertising and analytics side of Marketing while working for a financial counseling non-profit. Eager to spread her wings out West, Carly moved to Denver, Colorado and is continuing to grow as a Marketing Manager for iVeloctiy.
Design / Development Manager
Jacob is our resident web and graphic design professional. As both an in-house design specialist and freelance professional he has designed logos, creating branding and developed websites for a large variety of companies. Jacob has a Bachelor’s in Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado.
Having started out as a marketing/design intern for a small B2B web marketing agency in Colorado Springs, Jacob has now moved up into his role as the coordinator of all our web development and design projects. Jacob focuses on being the “Jack of All Trades” If you have a design or website problem, he can fix it!
Jacob resides in the Denver area with his wife and their dog.
Holding an MBA from Colorado State University, Gui combines his theoretical knowledge with his practical experience as a project manager and the Director of Development for an established research firm here in Denver, CO. The son of a chiropractor himself, Gui thrives on connecting with and understanding his clients needs and prides himself on his ability to help small business owners effectively realize their mission and scale their operations.
From his hometown of Santa Cruz, CA to Nairobi, Kenya, Gui has travelled the world helping entrepreneurs build social and sustainable enterprises. He is excited to work with his team and clients at iVelocity where he can continue to pursue his passion for helping small businesses grow and succeed.
Shannon grew up in Michigan and received her B.A. in Creative Advertising with a Design Specialization from Michigan State University. She began her career starting as a research interviewer at MSU’s survey research lab, where she quickly climbed the ladder to Lab Supervisor and eventually, Lab Manager. It was there that she learned consumer and client communication, research and management skills. After graduating, she moved to Chicago for a taste of city life and to step into a marketing role. She worked as an in house social media marketer and graphic designer for a real estate school, leading a complete rebranding and relaunch of the company. She moved to Denver to be closer to family and friends and to obtain an agency position. She continues to grow as a Digital Marketer with iVelocity.
Marketing ManagerNatalya studied Music Composition & Humanities at Eastern Washington University. While in school she began coaching music and art students working to help them get out of creative ruts, and cultivate their own creative processes. This passion for creativity led her to an internship at a start-up, online magazine where she fell in love with the fast-paced world of digital marketing. Soon after, she was able to bring this passion for social media and digital marketing to the FOX Television Affiliates of Eastern Washington helping them to build digital identities outside of their world of broadcast television. Her work in both the on-air and online promotions and branding worlds gives her a diverse background which she brought with her when she moved to Denver, Colorado in 2016. She is passionate about creative marketing with her motto being, “If You’re Not Thinking Out Of The Box, You’re Not Thinking.” She looks forward to continuing to grow and learn with her role as a Marketing Manager for iVelocity.
Marketing ManagerCaroline graduated with a BA in Mass Communications and Journalism at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania before moving to Denver. She kicked off her career at a creative technology agency in New Jersey that delivered innovative solutions to the life sciences industry. While there, she honed her marketing skills, eye for detail and design and love for digital marketing. With professional experience in Sales, Digital Marketing and Account Management, she excels in strategy and communication, with a strong passion for problem solving and conflict resolution. She continues to learn and grow through her role as Marketing Manager at iVelocity.
Senior Account Manager
Lisa comes to iVelocity Marketing after 20 years of experience in healthcare offices from running day-to-day operations, selling care programs and also marketing them. As a former client, she has extensive, first-hand knowledge that iVelocity Marketing can produce. In addition to handling new accounts for iVelocity, she assists clients with managing their practices and sales training.
SEO SpecialistNathan comes to iVelocity with six years of digital marketing experience. He started out as a Content Intern for a brand services agency and has since worked with numerous startups in widely-varied industries, from music publications to commercial furniture retailers. His passion for digital marketing has led him to being a lifelong learner and he’s always trying to stay ahead of the curve to gain mastery of the latest trends and developments. Nathan is always up for a good challenge and loves the satisfaction he gains from improving his clients’ web presence. He is SEO Certified by Digital Marketer as well as AdWords and Digital Marketing Certified by Google. Nathan looks forward to continuing to build his skill set and growing alongside iVelocity.
